Complain.
They dnt take us Africans and poor young people seriously. They dnt strive to find a way to help us. Because we are poor and black. I have a loan with them through company skeem, my employer deduct if it for them. Currently am getting my salary on FNB, but I want to change. My employer wants to know I don't have any other loan e.g personal or stop order. FNB failed to write that letter for me. Am asking myself why because even if I get paid from other bank still my employer will deduct FNB money. Am disappointed very and angry, I will close my account after all has been sorted, nd not refer friends and public to open account with FNB.
