Complain

I have a complain about customer service I got from FNB bank in Durban at 320 branch , I went to to open business account I was chased away by a lady said system is not working and I went to the nearest branch everything is working well I wonder how possible one branch is operating well the 320 branch is not .I very disappointed because I work in a customer service environment this is not a good customer.
