Complain

My father ordered a eBucks card and he was not informed by the consultant that the card will be delivered by a courier,he has been home all the time but he recieved a message from FNB that he will be charged fees for delivery of the card even if he didn't recieve the card,what he knew was that he would fetch the card from the Diepsloot branch.All FNB has is charges of undelivered services.
