Complain

<p>By 10:30 am today my family and I were at FNB Newmarket mall to open a club account a banker sent us away saying they will not be able to assist us because it takes long to open she said it 1 to 2 hours to open this product . She advise us that it's as per their policy to only help two people with this service on weekends .this is bad service we drove from far to come and receive such bad cunstoner service . She said if they assist us this means they won't assist those who came to for 5 minutes products . This lady said they will not help and we must leave her name is Nonhle Sifundza - Mgele.</p>
