Company registration taking more than 57 days and still waiting

I app**** to register a new company at FNB on 07 December 2017 and sent through documents on the same day. FNB states on their website that it should take no more than 3 days for registration.

I phoned FNB two weeks later on 21/12/2017 to which they said no documents were received. I sent through documents on the day and phoned again to which it was stated that documents were received and they were urgently working on it.

Time went by and I phoned them again in January 2017 to which the same generic reply was given by FNB that they were working on it. I still had not received a single mail in reply to them taking more than a month.

I phoned again on 17/01/2017 to which the operator told me to send the documents again. I sent them to her personal address and she said they were received and it would take no more than 3 days. Two weeks later and nothing had happened.

I phoned again on 31/01/2017 to which the operator just said they are working on it. No reason was given for a 2 month delay for a process that should take 3 days. Not a single email has been sent to me regarding this matter. Nothing.

At this time I am still waiting on this service. Our business was to start operating in January 2018 and we are now in February and nothing has happened. I have now waited 57 days and no end is in sight.
