Company pays me with forex money

The level of unprofessional of the forex consultant makes it worse. She was requesting me to beg information about the error. She refuses to call me when i was desperate in foreign country. The inline manager also ignore to answer my complains directly. Is this how FNB treating people overall or was just unlucky. However this is repetative to me and as by now i am still desperate outside south africa
