Company Change from PTY LTD TO INC - 2 Weeks no progress due to document that we cant give do to nature of change as per CIPC.

I have been struggling nearly 2 weeks now with Precious to sort out my company name that was changed from PTY LTD TO INC. She keeps saying she needs conversion certificate COR18.2. I have spoken to the agents who did the change and they have advised me the documents I have sent is correct. I have spoken to CIPC as well and this is the reply:

Kindly note that the COR18.3is the registration certificate for conversion from CC to company. In your case you changed from Private to Personal Liability and the COR14.3 with tracking number *** which you received is the correct one to be used at the bank. So I am super annoyed with the terrible service I have received. I asked numerous times what other documentation can be summited but she kept going on and on about this document that we did not get due to the nature of the change as per CIPC. FNB really needs to make sure their consultants are up to date with their training and knowledge!
