Compaint

I am highly disappointed with the service we received at Eastgate FNB branch on Sun the 11th of June. I was with my two brothers and we were there for FICA for the family trust account. We were turned away and told that they did not do such a service on Sunday. We drove from 3 different towns after receiving an email from FNB and were not helped, only if the email stated that we should visit any branch only on weekdays. The staff attitude also stinked.
