communications lines broken

I'm struggling to get hold of the devices department of FNB. How can I discuss payment issues if one can't get hold of them, then that gives off the wrong impression of non payment or that a client doesn't want to co operate with. FNB really needs to improve its communications tools, s****s, everything around communication. This I have brought a lot of times. I think a lot of fnb customers can relate to this. please fnb!!!!
