Communication problems at FNB CRS escalation

I received a notification from FNB CRS escalation (***) with no means of replying, hence I am responding here. The notification is to complete CRS form that I have already completed and submitted to a consultant at FNB Claremont, who updated all my information in front of me on 18 January 2022. The consultant then phoned CRS to confirm that this had been done. I rep**** to an SMS I received from CRS escalation afterwards that this had already been done. Pleas contact your branch and sort this out. Clearly there is a communication problem in the organisation. I offer training in this and FNB CRS escalation can contact me at Colliers Corporate Communications to book a course, which includes how to deal with covid, lockdowns and load-shedding. I would also be very interested to know what role FNB intends to play in the Globalist Socialist, one world economy, commonly being referred to as the Great Reset, or what they intend doing to protect their "valued customers" from this. Thank you.

Reviewer Update
Good day. All my accounts are linked under the same details requested on the form. The information requested is the same for all of them. If there was more information required, why did the consultant at the Claremont Branch not request it when I was there and handed in the form? And when she phoned you to say that my information had been updated on the system? Your procedure is most inefficient.

No response regarding the Great Reset?
