Communication only in English and Xhosa

I was at FNB Cape Gate this morning to cash cheques. The tellers were speaking to clients in Xhosa. When I approached the one for service, I greeted her in Afrikaans. I was totally ignored in my language and spoken to in English only
I find this totally unacceptable! How on earth can you discriminate against clients like this?
I asked to speak to a manager and was referred to the lady who mans the reception door and machine. She too could not actually speak Afrikaans. I complained about the language issue to her and she just stared at me. No form of complain could be lodged.
I then informed her I would be closing my accounts with them
This is disgusting service. My money is good enough but not my language?
