Communication needed amongst staff

I went to collect forex yesterday. The gentleman in front was very helpful as was a lady which assisted me as well. The gentleman in the "collection " area for forex advised me that I could collect at any stage which was incorrect. Two other staff members told me if I ordered it for yesterday I had to collect yesterday. All staff need to made aware of the correct process to tell clients, especially if you are in a specific area of the branch where you are supposed to assist.
