Communication is non-existent at FNB

twice now i have had the displeasure of not receiving any feedback on a student loan AND personal loan application. you can apply until you are blue in the face, you just get NO Communication on the result of your application. When i called to enquire as to the reasons my applications have been declined, the call got dropped so many times i lost count. Note, i have checked my credit record and it is clean. guess i will make the switch to another bank as soon as i can upload FNB's opposition's app onto my phone.
