communication breakdown

hello Peter,i had a FNB credit card back in 2005 and i used some portion of money that was credited in the card but than in 2008 i paid my whole debt on the credit card and blocked the card not to be used as im out of the country, but in 2014 i realized that there was money being debited from my FNB cheque account and when i asked about the money being debited i was told they will investigate the matter further than i was contacted and told that there has been foul play on my account and was refunded the amount but still as the months went by i than noticed that again there was money being taken than i asked again than was told that it was the credit department that was debting the money and to my surprise i only new that the credit card account was no longer in use but was told that i have a debit i never new about ,so my complain is this fnb before they handed me over they never corresponded with me and all of the sudden i find out that my account has been handed over to debit collectors without me being notified and the account is owing almost the same amount that i initially paid off,now my problem is i do not want to pay the debit that i was never contacted for all this years. and i feel that FIRST NATIONAL BANK has failed me as their client. and another issue i have made arrangement with the debit collectors but still FNB still debit from account because they claim that the debt collectors have not paid them in the past 31 days and now how is that suppose to my problem cause i have honoured my arrangement and now i feel as though my money is not safe and its an inconvience because i have other debit orders.
