Communication?

On 20 June 2024 I have app**** for debt counselling which was accepted by the FRBDebtreview centre on 25 June 2024. According to the debt company the amount that was deducted must be refunded regarding the debit order that was still taken on 01 July 2024- which was done eventually. Now 15 July 2024 - SMS's regarding the home loans that's in arrears is now being send - now Im asking don't your departments communicate regarding these changes and happenings? Are you actually aware that the debt company will only make payment end Sep beginning October?
