I need to know if i pay my loan finish will those funds be available again ?

30 Jan 2021, 12:05Good Day i went to on your banking app and clicked on upgrade account by accident.I have spoken to 5 consultants telling me the same story to call Premier.They have given me two numbers and the first one is *** and i keep getting through to agent telling me to call Premier.The second number i got from Jubilo is home loans ***.All i need is for my account to remain the same and not for the Platinum card to be courier to me.This is unacceptable.i Need my account to remain on a Gold Card and not platinum.Please call me urgently
