I am still waiting after almost 2 years of waiting for proof of payments for my rent?

I was advised that someone will look into it it’s 2 weeks no follow up or an update if you think I’ll let go of my money think twice, should I loose my place because of you, you’ll pay for it answer me give me money your ATM’s ask for my ID number yet you saying stories about my money do something about this! Do not call me I’m not available by phone email me you have my email. I’m ****ed off!
