Commendation of Leon Naidoo

I'm writing this to commend the service from Leon Naidoo from the Braamfontein branch.<br> <br> I have a business account with FNB and got terrible treatment during the KYC process. My account was frozen unfairly and it was impossible trying to navigate the bank's rules to get this issue sorted. Throughout this process Leon was a great help. Though the bank's design of the KYC process dis-empowered their business managers meaning he didn't actually have any information or power in the process, he was extremely patient and helpful throughout. He is the only reason I still bank with FNB and I would really like to commend him for his excellent work.<br>
