Commendation for Thuli Ngubane

I am writing this to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible service I received from Thuli Ngubane at the FNB Cornubia branch.

For the past year, I have been trapped in a nightmare after being ****med by an individual at a dealership who compromised my personal and account details. When I initially spoke to the FNB ***** Department last year, they were unable to reverse the payments. Instead of fully securing my profile, the only solution provided was to open a new account while the compromised one remained open.

FNB Web Chat: The agents were unhelpful and told me I had to wait an additional 7 to 10 days for approval or action. This would have trapped me into another month of fees for an account I do not use.

Two days ago, I met Thuli. She took the time to deeply investigate the account history and handled the situation with efficiency and patience. She understood the urgency and successfully closed the account immediately, bypassing the long wait times I was previously told were mandatory.

Today, April 30th, I am finally free from this ****. Thuli accomplished in two days what dozens of other agents and departments failed to do over many months. She is an absolute asset to the Cornubia branch and FNB.
