Commend to Koos - At FNB preller

I would like to like to commend the person who helped me at FNB preller by the name of Koos, he helped me telephonically and in person and was very patient and supportive,after many tries at many branches he was the only person willing to go the extra mile in helping me and still being patient .He truly is a true example of good leadership and great customer service, I wish all branches had staff like this .Thank you koos
