Come on FNB

So, here we are now already on the 18th, no resolve yet to my issue,

After sending fnb ***** department everything they requested from me, ie case number, proof of payment, my affidavit filled in at SAPS, yet still no resolve.

Come on fnb, I need youse to please assist me in this matter, I sent through everything you needed from me on the 14th already, youse haven't got back to me as to refunding me my money, I need this money today, surely your ***** department can contact discovery bank to freeze this person's accounts, refund me my money and get it back from them.

Please assist me in this matter, as I truly need this money today still.

Having been with youse as mentioned before, for going on almost 20 years, all or most of my vehicles have been financed with youse, probably a good 10 vehicles, yet here we are, I'm still waiting for this money to be refunded to me in full, I will truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart, I know fnb always goes out there way to help their clients, and I appreciate it, but i am under so much stress just to get this amount refunded to me today guys.

Please can we get it done today, I can't sleep at night, this stress of waiting, and waiting and waiting some more is truly soul destroying to say the least.

Can we resolve this today please man.

So irritated now😡😡😡This doesn't help me one bit! Phoned ***** department, having been told that everything i sent through, was forwarded to discovery bank where the *****, is a client. Who will then review the account in question, and see if the money was withdrawn, now I get told if it was withdrawn, that I will need to go to the SAPS once again, and tell them to arrest the *****, cause then fnb and discovery cant help me get this money back. We all know that won't bring my money back.

Fnb please assist me in this, as if he has withdrawn the money and discovery can't reverse it even after freezing his account, then what? Come on man, this is unacceptable to say the least, and leaving a very sour taste in my mouth.
