Come on, blame the system again!!!

This bank is useless. I have made several complaints on this platform in recent months. After paying my credit card minimal payment the deducted that amount once again when money came into my account. Last time that did this they said its the system doing that and that I only have access to that finds in a couple of working days.

They also did the credit card finance payments this month on the 21st and not the 25th like always. If I don't have access to those funds by the 28th I will hold FNB responsible for debit order that will bounce and also change banks.

This is the last warning!!!
