My acc was handed over to LWN or something, I paid full amount on the 29-04-2025 and sent proof of payment. I was assured by same people that the payment will take +-7days to reflect and once it’s updated they’ll send paid up letter. Guess what, it’s been 3-4 weeks and nothing is coming forth. FNB your collection partner is failing dismally and no explanation. Please get those people to send you my payment.
