Collections Text received when i dont owe FNB a black cent

Have you ever heard of a bank sending you an SMS telling you the legal proceedings have commenced, only to receive another SMS a few minutes later notifying you they cant find any collections case against my account. Bear in my up till then I had not called them or prompted this SMS in any way. Now I was given a number to call which I did but after 20 minutes of wasting my time and money I cannot get any response. As usual these *****s don't bother to check anything before sending out an SMS. I would like to know the name of the idiot that sent this SMS and get him to personally apologise. I have had enough of FNB after 26 years I think its time for a change. I will contact FNB CEO J.Cilliers via email again as he assured me there will be no more poor service and inaccurate transactions against my account. I would like to hear what his story is this time. Its better to engage with the people at the top. These agents that respond send out automated responses, apologies profusely but never acknowledge. Maybe its time for more automation to be introduced in the banking sector across RSA instead of having to pay exorbitant banking fees for *********** people we are forced to engage with.
