Collections Division

IS THERE A COLLECTIONS DIVISION?. A division we know exists but is never reachable. So I have not used my account in over 4months my bank charges are about R99 so leaving my account in arears I was told I owe R4000 then I paid that amount due, which I'm unable to see the breakdown and I'm still being charged service fees, even though I can not make use of my account, I can deposit into it but I can't do any transactions, then my card was also frozen so in essence the entire account was dormant but come month end R99 is deducted from my account. So two weeks ago I decided to make use of the account obviously didnt work, Then the beginning of my very traumatic experience began , I called the call center various numbers and being moved to various divisions and would be put on hold for endless hours until the phone would cut BECAUSE NO BODY CAN PUT ME THROUGH TO THIS DIVISION, I eventually decided to go to the branch on a Saturday morning spending over two hours guess what, they just called the call center as well just to be told they do not work on weekends ,and some lady said she sent a request and should be good by Tuesday its Thursday and no and still no help yet bank charges are still being debited.
