Collection Of Device

It brings me no pleasure to take this matter his far but I have just about had it with the lack of service FNB is rendering. To begin my query I signed up for a device deal with FNB (Apple: MacBook Air 13'' 128GB for R799 p/m) I received the device in June and it was working perfectly. Then all of a sudden in The second week of July the device decided to stop booting giving me errors that had me shook. So I decided to contact FNB in that same second week of July to report to FNB that the device sold to me was indeed giving me faults and I haven't had this device for that long so what needs to be done. I've talked to numerous agents who advised that I should take this device to the nearest iStore for it's still under warranty and o won't be billed anything for the device as long as there is no physical or water damage. I was cool with that. But however every agent I spoke to within that week forgot to send me the ****** proof of purchase. How does that even help me.
I even called in on numerous occasions yet again getting very frustrated cause here I am another week with a device that doesn't work that hasn't been fixed and FNB wants to go hell and back for a device I haven't even had the luxury of enjoying I mean what kind of **** is that. I screamed and gave a verdict that I want this deal cancelled for everybody is giving me run arounds over something that can be sent via email in seconds so I can go get something they sent which is faulty to be fixed. After all that screaming I got the proof of purchase on the 25th of July 2017 and I decided to go to iStore in woodmead and to my luck it was a store called MiFix that advised that can fix it but the warranty will be voided so I said **** no. I have just about had it and I will not be doing all these ups and downs no longer FNB must come collect wants their and fix this **** or I cancel.
I called FNB on the week of the 28th July and advised them to come collect the device and fix it or if failure to do so they must terminate the deal for I will not go above and beyond for a flippen device FNB doesn't want to take initiative to come collect and get it fixed. They made promises and promises that I will get feedback within 24hrs and here we are again. This is pathetic service to say the least. I no longer want to complain and do follow-ups with FNB over a device that was delivered then became faulty and now they do not want to collect and get it fixed. I've reached my breaking point and I no longer want this deal. Cancel this deal.
