Collection Fees at FNB

I have closed my account more than 2 months ago, telephonically, which i was told was CLOSED. I receive an email earlier this month to notify me about charges on my FNB account - which was closed - for requesting the FNB card to be collected. I then contacted FNB - via email, to notify them that they have made a mistake by adding those collection fees as i have not discussed with FNB for them to collect any cards I may have. Now please know, I am all the way in AMERICA!! There is no way for me to visit a branch to deliver the card... I have asked and REPEATED numerous times for them to remove those charges for collection - and it has been an ABSOLUTE PAIN as they keep requesting a signed copy of my ID. Why should i send them my documentation for them to rectify a MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE! Why must it take so long for them to do rectify something that they did wrong! Their service is absolutely pathetic.
