I've been trying to contact collection department via my cell as well as app secure chat from the morning with no luck, so much of my airtime gone as I was holding worse eventually someone pick coed up my call but they were just silance, secure chat was on que from 9:14 till now ... Can collection department get back to me so we can make arrangements
