Collecting credit card

Fnb contacted me and asked if they could change my credit card in August 2015. They said couriers will get in contact with me.
The courier contacted me and informed me that I need a proof of address. I moved in April 2015 to a farm, so I don't have a physical address, only a postal address.
I told them and they said they will get back to me...nobody got back to me.
They then phoned me twice after that to arrange delivery again, every time I told them the same thing and every time they said they will get back. Eventually I called them and they said I must rather collect my card at my nearest FNB branch.
They send me a sms to confirm card was ready for collection and I need to bring proof of address, again I phoned the branch and told them I don't have proof of address. They send me a declaration which my husband had to complete and then I had to take his proof of address. They told me I can bring a utility bill or ANY OTHER PROOF.
I hade to drive 70 km to Piketberg, stand in a queue for about 50 min only to be told that they could not accept the proof of address I had with me, which was a letter from Kaap Agri.
I drove 140km for nothing, still don't have my card
