Collab do not seem to understand what sequestrated means???
I was sequestrated in 2011, and all of my FNB accounts were included in my sequestration. On the 12th of September 2017, Grant from your appointed debt collection company called Collab, called me saying they are going to issue a judgement. I asked him to contact me attorneys, who then in turn email him my court order. But then on the 12th of October 2017, Esmund Abraham (ColLab) emails me a first letter of demand. I responded again with the court order, as well as my sequestration account to show it was already included in the sequestration. And now, again today, I received a Final Letter of demand from Esmund Abraham. I have again responded with all my sequestration details. This is becoming harassment! Doesn't Collab understand the word 'SEQUESTRATED'?? FNB - PLEASE REQUEST COLLAB TO CLOSE MY FILE AS I WILL NOT BE MAKING ANY PAYMENTS - I HAVE BEEN SEQUESTRATED!!!
