COLLAB DEBT COLLECTORS IS BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL & *****

Collab debt collectors are very unprofessional & bad. For almost 2 months I have been phoning COLLAB DEBT COLLECTORS for the settlement amount & evertime after communicating with them instead of sending me all the necessary info, they send me a threatening emails that they will blacklist me. I mean, I am the one who phoned them because I want to settle my debt not the other way round. At first I spoke to Prudence who was very rude & immediately after talking to her she sent me a threatening email under her manager Mr Ramon who was not on duty on that day because when I called & ask to speak to him I was told that he's not on duty but I had just been sent a threatening email under his names. Two weeks back I called again after receiving the message offering me a 60% cash back/refund if I settle my account. This time I spoke to the manager MR RAMON & after the conversation instead of sending me the necessary info including the bank details he also sent me a threatening email to blacklist me. I was shocked & helpless hey. They don't want us to be debt free & it's not fair. First of all I called them, they didn't call me. I obtained their contact details from the 50% discount offer SMS which they have sent me & when I called to enquire about Prudence was swearing at me & telling me that they will never offer anyone a settlement discount & that we make debts & expect her to pay it for us. Wow, then I told her that I was just asking & they should not lie to people with the discount offers if they don't mean it, but nevertheless i asked her to give me the settlement amount so I can pay it, instead she sent me the threatening email. I am disappointed & maybe FNB should be more worried because I don't see them getting any payment from people that owe them with such attitude from COLLAB DEBT COLLECTORS.
