Cold Calling Never Ends

I was assured by the customer care department that the cold calling by this absolutely despicable and underhanded banking institution would be dealt with last week Friday from this number 010 493 66** with what seems like an endless list of ever changing last 2 digits. Not only did customer care not follow up with this or report back as promised but legitimize this kind of business practice. The logic behind implementing what amounts to harassment on a daily basis shows a complete disregard for your customers and their welfare. I would repeat once again that you should be ashamed of yourselves but clearly you couldn't care less. Capitec here I come!
