COIVID 19 Cash relief loan - misallocation of money - not paid out correctly

Nothing fully sorted out! All I get is lame excuses, and the matters gets partially "rectified" after several emails, calls etc that are/are not answered in the bankers own time. the manager does not even take my calls, neither respond on mail except just after the fist complaint.
