cnt withdraw my shares and no one to assist!
went to Meyerton branch as i need to access my shares and cash out ,they gave me a phone to call i hold an hour no answer ! i try doing it in my app instead i mistakenly added another money ,now im stuck i complain on fb Thursday they ony give me a call today after i ask as to hw far with the query ,you guys have very poor service,when they finaly called today the shares department works mon to friday! im so annoyed

12 Jan 2024, 09:39a lady contacted me on Monday and Promise to get back to me Thursday and transfer the shares but she ddnt bother calling ,iv been chatting with your fb team they have been following uo but no one who is intending to help me ,can you transfer the money !
