Cmon guys do better

I'm at the Fnb in Festival Mall and I have been in line for a good 30 minutes plus and the staff isn't saying anything about the teller lady being on lunch, I had to go ask for myself and only then someone came to assist me. Please they must try have people to relieve the staff, I can't wait for someone to go on lunch and come back, that's unacceptable.
