CMC DISTRIBUTORS DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to pay for my Overdraft for a few months now, it seems like no one knows where I should make the payment to. MBD advised me that they cannot take payment as my account has been moved to CMC. I recently got an sms to contact CMC DIstributors a lady by the name of Adele is ignoring my messages. I need someone to please contact me and tell me exactly where I am supposed to make a payment to?
