Clueless Consultants

Bad service and clueless consultants, so I'm not an FNB client but need to register online for PayPal service, since I'm a Discovery client, they somehow have some profile of mine that made it difficult for me to register. it's been 3 weeks of up and down, worse part I'm the one wasting my money to call them but still they can't assist. what kind of Bank is this mara? how come no one knows how to resolve this mess? I'm really disappointed and glad that I'm not banking with you. I can only imagine what your clients go through. I'm still not assisted and i need to withdraw my money.
