Clueless Consultants

<p>i went to FNB Karaglen in april to open a business account, my account is on hold and NO1 can help me. ive been going there for the past 2 months to get them to activate my account but everytime i go there seems to be problems with 1 document that i signed and everytime i sign the same document. they always say i should wait for 48hrs and it will be cleared...its the 15th now and nothing has happened. today i was **** to, the consultant said the hold has been lifted but only to find out that i STILL CANT USE MY ACC. This kind of service is disgusting as i really need to use the funds in my acc today.</p>
