Clueless Claudias.. Both off them.

Have tried to activate my credit card for international ATM withdrawals twice now through the call centre. Have been through the phone in process twice now and followed all the instructions given by the consultants on both occasions and on both occasions they have confirmed that the card is activated for international ATM withdrawals but guess what.. Every time I try to draw the machine tells me that my card is not authorized for international ATM withdrawals and that I must contact my bank..I eventually gave up and just used my other bank cards(debit and credit cards) with absolutely no problems.. Now that I am back in South Africa I thought that I would try again.. Can FNB actually get somebody competent to contact me and actually be able to activate my card and not just make empty promises.
