Firstly, I want an explanation why you charged me R100 service fee when i payed R200 for electricity, Please do not insult me and say i was only charge R2.70. Your SMS to me clearly stated i was charged R100.

Secondly please teach your staff on secure chat to: 1) Not log off suddenly while trying to resolve my query, VERY unprofessional and RUDE! (Nonhlanhla) 2) What's the point in posting an attachment if your rep are not going to look at it, YOU WASTING MY TIME (Adelia)
