Clueless

If I could do half a star, I would. I requested a closing balance from 3 different consultants (I have the secure chat proof) and they all gave me the same amount of R2794.38. I paid R2800 to the account and it reflected. Now I am getting emails from them saying they can't close the account as it has been handed over to collections. I then proceed to phone collections and they tell me I still owe money to close the account. I am completely fed up with this bank and I just want to close the account. 3 people confirmed an amount (an amount nobody has explained to me yet but I obliged) and now the last person says I owe more money. I can't with this bank anymore. I have already moved my stuff to a proper bank but now this is lingering. I hope someone at this terrible establishment reads this post.
