Clueless

Tried to open an FNBy for my twin boys who are 18 years. The consultant at the Chatsworth Center branch started the process on opening the account had no clue on what the requirements was to open the account. She had to find out from someone else who stated that they needed to be students at college with a student card to open the account. But that is not requirements that is on your website. How can the branch have a different requirement from the website. The website states only 3 qualifying criteria and 2 types of documents needed.
