Clueless

Hi. For the last 4 months FNB have been sending the bank statements of a lady in Paardekraal to me. I have phoned the branch (they just can't grasp what the problem is) and tell me to come to the branch to sort it out, which is interesting as it's not my account. (I don't even bank with them.)
I have returned the email to FNB with a explanation of the problem (they also can't grasp the problem) as they are still sending the statements.
On Monday i got a rates increase letter and today a confirmation of the opening of my 7 day notice account, including account number.
What is really interesting is that NONE of these have ANY form of password protection.
I can see her monthly history, where she shopped, put in petrol, who pays her money each month etc.

AND THEY WONDER WHY THEY HAVE IDENTITY THEFT AND *****.

LETS SEE IF IT SINKS IN NOW!!!
