What a pathetic bank that transfers you from one pathetic person to another who gets confused by their brain and ass. I app**** for a covid 19 cash flow relief. They offered to pay my credit card for 4 months but only paid for 2 months, but they still open a loan account and I have to pay back the installments for 4 months. For some reason they calculated that my overdraft it R3800 per month, which it is not, but it is added to the loan amount that I have to pay back. Now no one can answer me. The people on the secure chat takes more than an hour to respond and all of them tell a different story. Fnb does not answer any emails and when you phone, your call is forwarded to a cell phone contractor. A bunch of clowns. So now I will close all my FNB accounts and take my banking somewhere else.
