CLOWN WORLD BANKING

Not happy with FNB at the moment. I have a KAUAI benefit which i tried to use today at Rosebank branch and they tell me its not valid. FNB / ebucks only give me 24 hours to redeem so what would you like me to do now? I try using secure chat on the app only to be told my browser cannot be verified and i must pay R301 and wait 7 days. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?????
