Closure of my cheque account

I went to brakensdown branch and helped by gerry van Der merwe his service was very bad I went to close my cheque account in January even today it's not closed and he said to me I must send him an email or Wattsup he will give me an update, I sent him emails, Wattsup he doesn't respond
