Closure of Easy Account

I have been requested to close an Easy Account with FNB from last months with no success. I have filled forms and send my ID and to date I have received no joy instead they adding monthly charges to the account which I will not be paying because I requested the account closure last month. Their call centre told me its done and their online chat told me its still active. Please close the account and remove it from my profile!
