Closure of Accounts

Called FNB to close my Revolving loan ,Check card and Petrol Card.After i paid up my revolving loan ,i then called to close the revolving loan,Check card and Petrol Card.The consultant said they are all closed but i asked why am i still seeing them reflecting on my online banking,she said they should appear even though they are closed.on Friday the 13th of November 2015,i called FNB to find out the settlement amount on credit card but for my surprise i was told that there is payment that is due from my check card.I told them that my Check card is closed together with my petrol card.They said they are all still active and they just cancelled the cards not closing the accounts.How on earth can you cancel the cards and left the accounts opened,how am i gonna utilize those accounts if i cancelled the cards?I then had to pay an amount of R349.57 which they claim they are the interest from those accounts as well as monthly fees.So this is just day light ******* from FNB and i need my money back.This is the thank you that i got from FNB after 10 yrs of banking with them.REFs RR***
