Closure of Account without Notice.

I'm so disappointed with FNB, they closed My Account a week ago with Funds in it , till to this day I don't know why my accounts was closed instead they said I must go and open an account from another bank so that they can pay my money to that account of which I did but the money hasn't been paid now they say they are investigating why my account was closed. I don't even care now why they closed it , I just want my money.
