Closure impossible

I am trying to close my FNB Business account and every consultant I speak to is less informed than the other. I was requested to pay the account fee of R266.68. I have done that now and now I am told the address I am giving is not correct. I never gave the address you have, very scary. Please just close this account as it is now on a ZERO balance and I do not want to deal with FNB any longer. Please do not contact me via phone, I cannot speak to FNB again as this is the most painful thing ever.
